The compact Dreadnought body of the Taylor Baby Taylor Koa -e is made of Hawaiian Koa wood, which is found exclusively on the tropical Pacific islands and is used for the blanket in solid form, while the back and sides are laminated. In combination with the curved back, the small acoustic guitar delivers a surprisingly loud sound with focused mid-range and brightly radiating treble, especially for fingerpickers. In addition, the wood convinces with an appealing appearance thanks to the intensive grain.
The one Preamp Taylor Expression System Baby is embedded in the frame and has an integrated tuner.
Fully suitable for the stage, the Taylor Baby Taylor Koa -e presents itself with the pick-up system in the form of the Taylor Expression System Baby . The pickup contains design elements of the Expression System 2 frame and also has a preamplifier with tuner and tone control integrated into the frame. On the amplifier, this System convinces with a warm and dyanamic reproduction of the instrument sound that authentically captures even the smallest detail of the playing. The two 3 Volt lithium cells promise an amazing operating time of about 300 hours.
