These high-quality drums from the company Gretsch were named after the place where the traditional manufacturer first saw the light of day in 1883: Brooklyn, New York. A district that represents contemporary artistic expression like hardly any other, with fresh innovations and passionate musical devotion. Properties that can easily be transferred to the Brooklyn drumsets from Gretsch Brooklyn.
By combining classic Gretsch elements with modern features, the Gretsch Brooklyn Drums create a sound that reflects in its foundation the legendary Gretsch -sound with all its classic sound fragments, but at the same time delivers the modern sound characteristics that are in demand in today's popular music styles. The cauldrons of the Gretsch Brooklyn drums consist of a total of 6 layers of maple/poplar wood. Inside, the Brooklyn boilers are coated with the legendary Silver Sealer interior sealant. The edges of the boiler have a burr of 30°. The single-layer skins of the drums Remo support the open sound of these drums. The chic, round Brooklyn metal badge with the famous Gretsch logo is made of aluminium and together with the chrome-plated kettle hardware and the satin and nitro wrap finishes forms a noble optical symbiosis.
