Dual mode for phone calls and face-to-face conversations

The Plaud Note supports two recording modes. In phone mode, it attaches magnetically to a smartphone and records calls. In presence mode, it records conversations in the room, making it ideal for meetings, interviews or on-site appointments.

Recordings can be managed, transcribed, exported and further processed via the Plaud app, Plaud Web and Plaud Desktop.

Data protection and security

Plaud Note is designed with data protection and secure processing in mind. It supports standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, the GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA and EN 18031.
