The Roland TD-17KVX E-Drum Set is a high-quality E-Drumset from Roland, equipped with 310 sounds, 50 kits and professional 12" snare pad. Equipped with Roland's flagship TD-50 sound engine, it offers perfect performance at an affordable price. With various coaching functions and quick recording, it is the ideal partner to become a good drummer.
The module contains 50 preset and 50 user kits. Wav samples can be easily imported into the module via SD card. Each sound of the Roland TD-17KVX is individually adjustable in pitch, snare tension and damping. A treble and bass equalizer, reverb and compressor are available for each channel, as well as a headphone output, two extra trigger inputs, an AUX-IN, MIDI OUT and a USB Audio to PC/MAC connection. The large version of the Roland TD-17 comes with the newly developed PDX-12 mesh pad, 3 x PDX-8 mesh pads for the toms, the VH-10 hi-hat, 2 x CY-12 crash pads and 1 x CY-13R ride pad, KD-10 kick pad, the MDS-4KVX rack and any cable.
The Roland TD-17KVX contains a multitude of original TD-50 samples, so you always have the perfect sound, whether in the rehearsal room or on stage. With authentic playing feel and a variety of coaching functions, as well as quick recording, the drummer can measure his progress and it becomes much easier to learn drums. Effective learning functions are already available in the module for beginners, which convey the absolute basics simply and precisely. The TD-17 module includes a coach mode that supports daily exercises. Whether warming up, developing a feeling for groove, tempo and timing, or improving your physical endurance - the accompanying score will always tell you how you just played. In addition to drum lessons with a teacher, the coaching functions of the Roland E-Drum Set allow you to celebrate faster successes and learn to play drums more effectively. Thanks to the smartphone clipboard on the module, instructional videos or recordings can be watched directly on the drumset.
With the new Roland VH-10 Hi-Hat the drummer does not have to change any playing habits, because it can be mounted on a conventional Hi-Hat stand. The newly developed PDX-12 mesh pad for the snare offers a very authentic playing feeling and with its 12" it allows the normal playing technique as with an acoustic drum set. In addition, the module includes a Bluetooth 4.2 transceiver that allows music to be streamed directly from a smartphone or laptop to the module to play. You can also record your performances in Quick Recording mode and then listen to it again. In this way, possible areas for improvement are quickly identified. This way, demo recordings of a band can be equipped with a professional drum track without any effort and sent directly to the other musicians. The TD-17 module has an integrated recording function with which you can record and listen to the drums exactly. In addition to the internal demo songs or audio material on the SD card can be played and recorded. This way you can easily create audio tracks for drum cover videos on YouTube.
