The Digitech The Drop Guitar Effects Pedal is a dedicated polyphonic drop tune pedal that allows you to drop your tuning from one semitone all the way down to a full octave. The Drop also features a momentary/latching switch. With the switch set to momentary, you can turn The Drop into a true performance pedal.
Controls include an Effect Selector which selects which of the Drop effect settings is used when the effect is active and a Momentary On/Off Switch, which selects how the effect footswitch will operate. Setting this switch to ON will cause the footswitch to act as a momentary switch (the effect will be enabled or disabled only as long as the footswitch is pressed and held). Setting this switch to OFF will cause the footswitch to act as a standard latching on/off switch.

This pedal does the job quite well but when you drop tune by 6,7,8 semi tones, the sound starts sounding fake and digital.
Fratello piccolo del Whammy, Il Drop è un pedalino della digitech che ti permette di avere un'accordatura diversa da quella nella tua chitarra con solo girare una manopola(anche col piede) oppure di avere una ottava bassa in parallelo al segnale della tua chitarra. In più ha una opzione 'momentanea' che ti permette di avere l'ottava bassa di forma momentanea mentre premi lo stompbox switch. Un pedalino molto divertente e stimolante, sicuramente tiri fuori un bellissimo 'RIFF' nei primi 3 minuti d'uso. Costruzione robusta e resistente, molto solido. Prendilo!
