Sputnik Modular 5-Step Voltage Source is a multifunctional 5-step Sequenzer device for processing Eurorack control signals. The module adds, inverts, weakens and amplifies control voltages. CV signals, an offset can be added and the crossfade function can be used to switch between two CV signals. 5-Step Voltage Source processes both audio and CV signals.
The Sputnik Modular 5-Step Voltage Source has four CV-Out channels (A-D) with five Stages . When a step is selected, the AD outputs produce a voltage defined by the controls. The CV outputs can be used to control oscillators, filters, LFOs and many more Module that process stepped DC voltages. Individuals Stages can be selected using the buttons in the Stage Select section. Triggers/gates/pulses are also possible as an option. Each stage has a PULSE OUT signal when the respective step/stage is active. They Stages have individual Pulse outputs and the ALL PULSE output generates a pulse as soon as one of the five Stages is triggered. The pulser section of the Sputnik 5-Step Voltage Source contains all control functions of a master clock, but can also be used as an independent clock submodule or LFO with two waveforms, pulse and sawtooth. The PULSE output is controlled via Trig. In triggered. The TIME parameter can be controlled via CV or manually and controls the Pulse speed ranging from .002 - 10 seconds per step.
