At the heart of the unit is a clean-sounding XLR combo input with switchable 48-volt phantom power. Vocals, acoustic guitar or voice recordings come out clear and controlled. For electric guitar or bass, there’s a dedicated instrument input, which is perfect for plugins, amp simulations or reamping.
Nobody likes playing against themselves with a delay. The AudioBox Go offers latency-free direct monitoring that can be seamlessly blended with the playback from the DAW. This ensures a natural playing experience, whether you’re singing along, playing a riff or laying down a clean bass line. The adjustable headphone output, featuring a large 6.35 mm jack, delivers sufficient volume for studio headphones whilst remaining pleasantly clear.
With 24-bit resolution and up to 96 kHz, the AudioBox Go performs at a level that used to be the preserve of much larger interfaces. The converters deliver a clean signal with a decent dynamic range, whilst the outputs are balanced and can easily drive active monitors or speakers. The interface is powered entirely via USB-C.
