With AI transcription in 112 languages, speaker recognition, customisable vocabulary and multi-dimensional summaries, the Plaud NotePin S transforms conversations into structured notes, tasks and insights.

Compact, lightweight and suitable for everyday use

Weighing just 17.3 g, with 64 GB of storage and up to 20 hours of continuous recording time, the NotePin S is ideal for long working days, creative ideas, outdoor meetings and personal conversations.

The built-in battery offers up to 40 days’ standby time. Recordings can be managed, transcribed, summarised and exported via the Plaud app, Plaud Web and Plaud Desktop.

Smart AI features and secure data

Plaud Intelligence supports over 10,000 templates, mind maps, workflow integrations and ‘Ask Plaud’ for specific questions about your recordings. Thanks to Apple Find My, the NotePin S can be located more easily if needed.

For data protection and security, Plaud adheres to standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, the GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA and EN 18031. Before recording, those involved should always be informed and their consent obtained.
