Over 50 years ago, when long hair, loud amplifiers, and the music of rock 'n' roll took the world by storm, MUSIC STORE professional was there to support the fortunes of young, aspiring bands and artists. Our shipping warehouse, directly adjacent to the store, spans an area of over 15,000 m². The centerpiece is the 22-meter-high high-bay warehouse with 14,000 pallet spaces, complemented by a small parts warehouse with an additional 15,000 container spaces. This ensures that all items in our inventory are always available for worldwide shipping at any time.

A total of 400 music-enthusiastic employees work every day to ensure that our customers receive their desired products, from a simple replacement screw to a grand concert piano. Each order, by the way, is processed within about 20 minutes and loaded onto the waiting trucks – our highly automated warehouse makes it possible!

If an instrument or other equipment needs repair, our in-house Service Center and the experienced luthiers in our Guitar Workshop are here to assist you with advice and expertise. We also have our own workshop for woodwind and brass instruments, where the renowned brass instrument maker Jens-Peter Heilgendorff handles all concerns, including repairs, maintenance, partial and general overhauls, and much more.

We see environmental protection as a special task for the future. With new recyclable packaging materials, a large solar system on the roof, and a huge green area with our own apiary and extensive tree population, we can save the atmosphere over 1000 kg of CO² annually.

Our collection point for batteries and electronics collects numerous old devices every year, allowing the harmful substances they contain, such as lead, cadmium, and mercury, to be properly processed according to new regulations, thereby reducing unnecessary environmental impact.
