The Tama Hoop Grip MC8 is a simple tool for attaching a cymbal or other accessories to the hoop of any drum. It fits easily on all different hoops, except wooden hoops. As an accessory the drummer can now separately purchase certain mounting rods for the MC8 clamp, e.g. for a cowbell, a splash cymbal or a general accessory mount.
