Power supply for modular synthesizers from Doepfer

The Doepfer A-100SSB V2 is a Eurorack power supply with a separate backplane and is designed for installation in self-built housings and frames. Due to the separation of power supply and backplane, more sensitive modules such as eg. VCOs can be mounted at a greater distance from the power supply unit. In addition, the power connection can now be positioned in a more optimal location. The power supply unit delivers 340 mA on both the +12V and -12V rails. Up to 50 mA can be drawn from the 5V line; the corresponding value also reduces the maximum voltage on the +12V rail. The bus board offers twelve connections for modules, which are equipped with bus pots protected against reverse polarity.
