The A-130-2 Dual VCA from Doepfer is a 4HP slim dual VCA with linear or exponential characteristic. The dual module is equally suitable for controlling and processing audio and CV signals and works with Unitygain (gain 1:1) on the output side. In the center position of the two toggle switches each VCA can be deactivated (mute function).

Doepfer A-130-2 Dual linear/exponential VCA Slim Line
Allows me to change volume based on either an anlogue input or logic (voltage) and with 4 controls means I can actually introduce 4 new tones/harmonics/sounds into my creation!
My first dedicated VCA; does it's job as expected, solid build quality etc, no leak at zero. Knobs are tight and very close together; but makes little difference as its only a utility for me and doesn't get any tweaking.
