The PRS SE Studio Standard RW Silverstone Gray is an electric guitar from the SE series designed for maximum tonal flexibility. For this purpose, the instrument, which is manufactured in top-load construction, offers an in-house pickup trio consisting of a PRS 58/15 LT "S" humbucker in the bridge position and two additional Narrowfield DD "S" humbuckers. While the 58/15 LT "S" in the 'Low Turns' version offers an ideally balanced Output from defined cleans to contoured crunch to shredding rock sounds, the two Narrowfield DD "S" humbuckers with their narrower magnetic field provide a dense, focused sound in the middle and neck positions. The PRS SE Studio Standard RW Silverstone Gray is completed by a PRS Patented Tremolo, six PRS Designed Tuners and a bolt-on 'Wide Thin' maple neck with rosewood fingerboard that evokes that classic PRS feeling.
