I purchased this item earlier this month and received the email confirmation promptly, however after 1 week no delivery or update. I phoned the MusicStore and was told a hold up in the warehouse had occured and they would get back to me. I waited a few days then phoned again, and was told the same thing. I then called for the third time and finally told the item was on it's way. The box arrived with a hole in the side and the stand has a scratch down the side. I have emailed this company twice now asking for a partial refund or at least the refund for delivery. Nothing.
