Browser-based mix control for stage, rehearsal room and studio

The Soundcraft Ui12 is a compact 12-channel digital mixer that can be conveniently controlled via tablet, smartphone or computer. A separate app is not required for this: it is operated directly via an HTML5-capable browser. This makes the console particularly suitable for bands, rehearsal rooms, smaller stages and mobile setups where flexible control is required.

The mixer, channels and effects can be accessed directly via the integrated WLAN interface or the Ethernet connection. Up to ten users can access the system simultaneously, allowing musicians, for example, to adjust their monitor mix while the overall mix is controlled separately. Settings can be saved and recalled as required.

Practical tools such as equaliser, compressor, reverb, delay, chorus, de-esser, feedback suppression and amp modelling are available for sound processing. Lexicon effects, dbx signal processing and Digitech amp modelling offer versatile options for vocals, instruments and live mixes. A 120-band real-time analyser supports the control of the mix and helps to adapt to different rooms.

Rehearsals and concerts can be recorded directly to a stick or hard drive via USB. Playbacks can also be recorded via USB. This makes the Soundcraft Ui12 a practical solution for live applications, rehearsal room recordings and simple production tasks.
