Intellijel Planar II is a Controller module for modules Synthesizer in Eurorack format. The module has four audio inputs with internal VCAs and one Mix output. Thus it can be used for Vector Mixing and Quad Panning. The module also works as Slew Detector and CV- Generator . A new digital layer has been added that can record and play back the movements of the joystick. The layout and haptics have also been changed.
Connect up to four sources to inputs A, B, C and D and then use this Joystick for Vector Mix . The sum of the mixed shares is tapped at the MIX -output.
After connecting a signal to input A, it can be "routed" to outputs A, B, C and D. The signal can be routed to the outputs A, B, C and D. Using only two outputs, this application is run in stereo.
Rubicon II is a slew detector, which means that the GATE is only active when it is Joystick moved. Excellent for firing envelopes and VCAs to ensure that the output MIX signal is only audible when it is being Joystick moved.
The Joystick module generates either a unipolar (0 to 5V) or bipolar (-5 to +5V) control voltage. The module accepts X- and Y-axis inputs.
