The transparent pickguard protects the material from damage when playing with picks. The cutaway at the 16th fret should also be emphasized, which provides easy access to the very high registers. The Ibanez Advantage bridge pins used here also speed up string changes. They feature a stopper that promotes easy removal.
The in-house AEQ-2UT preamp allows for amplified playing, so the guitar can also be used to its best advantage on stage. in addition to a volume control, this pickup system has a 2-band equalizer for customizing the bass and treble, which can be used to adjust the sound to personal preferences and ambient conditions. As a bonus, the integrated tuner ensures a sound-assured performance at all times.
The ALT30-NBM Dreadnought owes its distinctive appearance to the characteristic electric guitar headstock, the asymmetrical sound hole, and the Sharktooth inlays, which are reminiscent of the Ibanez RG series. The appearance is rounded off by the Night Blue Metallic finish.
