MORLEY Steve Vai Bad Horsie 2 Contour Was Effect Pedal I have one of these wah pedals for five years now and not once has it broken down or had any technical issues. The product is solid, high quality and features great functional design. Just step on to the pedal to activate it, step off the pedal to turn it off... it couldnt be more simple and practical. The contour and level controls of the contour mode make the pedal sound more throaty than in the normal mode and make this an incredibly versatile wah. Its great for any style, works beautifully with distortion sounds to sustain notes or during leads to boost certain passages and doesnt get in the way of the distortion. Its also great for clean sounds as it sounds clean and doesnt add distortion to the sound unless you engage contour mode. Overall a great product, with a modern sound. If you want a cry-baby sound, go get a cry-baby wah, this pedal has a different unique character of its own.
I bought this pedal in order to improve my guitar sound and this Morley give you lots of choices thanks to the contour button that allows to manage the eq.
This is significatively different from a Cry-Baby Wah from Dunlop, so prepare yourself to a different kind of sound.
