The EUROLITE LED WF-30 Water Effect is an LED projection effect for water reflections with RGB colour mixing. It transforms any room into a swimming pool. The built-in COB LED projects a colourful light display in red, green and blue onto the wall, pulsing in the steady rhythm of water. This makes it very easy to create a relaxed atmosphere in bars, clubs, lounges and on stage.
When in operation, this LED projection effect is almost silent, allowing you to lose yourself completely in the atmospheric lights of the seas. The device can be controlled in both standalone and DMX modes. In addition, the WF-30 features a built-in microphone, allowing the impressive play of colours on the walls to synchronise with the beat of the music – making the LED unit ideal for parties too.
You can dim the light, adjust the colours exactly to your liking, or let the internal programmes determine the colour selection. Add an exciting strobe effect and let chance decide the speed, or simply control everything yourself.
Of course, the WF-30 comes ready to connect and with a mounting bracket – all you need to do is unpack it and switch it on! You decide whether you want to relax with the WF-30 or would rather pick up the pace a little!
The included IR-7 remote control further simplifies operation.
The LED WF-30 is also compatible with QuickDMX, Eurolite’s wireless DMX system. A phantom-powered USB socket for wireless transmission of the DMX signal via a QuickDMX receiver is located on the rear of the unit.
Eurolite LED WF-30 Water EffectI purchased one light and then purchased another for more coverage. Easy to control via DMX, giving control over all aspects of the colour and two effect wheels (built in). This was purchased for a dance performance and is good value for money. It is well made and the effect is great. two is sufficient for a pub gig, but you would need more or a more powerful model for larger venues.
I now have two of these and have purchased for an interactive dance installation. Lots of control via DMX - I have built my own controller, The effect is great but need two for a small space, for a pub I would advise two or 4 of these. They are great value for money and are reasonably robust and not too heavy. I may buy another pair later as much more interesting than PAR cans. The inbuilt sound to light means that they are also great for a small band who want to turn up, turn on and party with little effort.
