Flexible sound design

Bass For flexible sound shaping, Laney's Digbeth Preamp offers two equalizers. The classic 4-band tone control allows you to precisely adjust the timbre, with the low-mid control offering three selectable center frequencies in the character-shaping frequency ranges. The Tilt EQ, on the other hand, shapes the overall sound by emphasizing either the low or high frequencies of the signal.

Practical connection diversity

Last but not least, the Laney Digbeth DB-Pre convinces with practical connections that make using the pedal on stage and in the recording studio particularly convenient. Separate inputs provide the appropriate input sensitivity for active and passive electric basses, while the effects loop can be used to integrate additional effects devices into the signal chain. The balanced XLR DI-Out with selectable tap point also allows the bass signal to be picked up directly for mixing consoles or audio interfaces.
