Mission Engineering EP1-L6 Line 6 Expression Pedal

There are lots of expression pedals available out there, but this is the only one that truly matches my Line 6 Helix. I've tried others but I'm really happy with this one. Recommended for all Line 6 owners.

This is a great expression pedal. Looks and feels rugged and is nice and quiet to use... the best I've found so far. Pedal does work well with the Helix and much better than the basic pedal (Line 6 EX1). The EX1 pedal is absolutely fine but IMO has a limited life - I've worn out 4 pedals so it has proved to be a false economy.

At around the same price the Boss FV-500H is also a very well made pedal and has the added advantage of a screw to adjust the pedal friction. Unfortunately I've had problems getting the full range of pedal movement aligned with the max and miomimum point. I find that the first 20% of movement does nothing - could be just my pedal is a bad one but this is not adjustable so this is a bad fault. Also I had to use a special TS to TRS lead to get it working (TS to Helix and TRS wired as tip and screen only to pedal)

Nice one Mission - add a friction adjustment screw and it would be perfect !!!

I bought my second EP1-L6 simply because I LOVED the first one and I wanted two for my 2 exp inputs!!
The weight for the foot is just perfect, and the precision is outstanding
