Import Duties, Taxes & Fees
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to U.S. import regulations.
As a result, import duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally charged and typically range between 10% and 25%, depending on the product’s country of origin and customs classification.
How charges are handled:
- Advance notification:
Our customer service team will contact you prior to shipment to inform you of any applicable duties, taxes, and fees.
- Orders with a value up to USD 800:
Applicable charges are paid to us as part of the order process.
- Orders with a value over USD 800:
Duties and fees must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping carrier before delivery. You will be informed in advance.
All charges are assessed by U.S. authorities and are outside our direct control. We are committed to providing clear information and full transparency before your order is shipped.
If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
