The KNOT is an innovative pocket-sized USB MIDI host that provides a seamless connection between classic MIDI instrumentsand modern USB MIDI devices. Whether at Studio or on the road, it effortlessly integrates synthesizers, grooveboxes and guitar pedals with the latest controllers and USB MIDI devices.
KNOT offers versatile power options, including a high-speed USB-C 2.0 connection and a DC input with automatic polarity detection. This allows chargers with both positive and negative connections to be used. In addition, the USB-C connection enables operation with common smartphone chargers or portable power banks, which, in addition to the compact dimensions and sturdy aluminum housing, makes the KNOT ideal for mobile use.
Universal compatibility
KNOT has two 3.5 mm TRS sockets that can be used as both MIDI input and output. Thanks to the switchable A/B standard, KNOT is compatible with a wide range of manufacturers. The "A" standard is used by brands such as Korg, Make Noise and IK Multimedia, while the "B" standard is suitable for devices from Arturia, Novation and other manufacturers. No matter which setup you use, KNOT ensures a smooth integration of all components.
