With the Ibanez Standard RGA42HPT-LBM Laser Blue Matte electric guitar with DiMarzio Fusion Edge pickups, the long-established Japanese company offers a particularly elegant interpretation of the popular RGA, whose speciality is versatile sounds between rock and metal. In terms of construction, Ibanez relies on a Nyatoh body with an arched top and a bolt-on roasted maple neck with a Jatoba fretboard. The flat "Wizard III" profile with 43 mm nut width guarantees great playability for virtuoso soloing or tight rhythm work. Two powerful DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbuckers with chic gold caps deliver differentiated rock and metal sounds, which clearly focus every note even during drop tunings. The humbuckers can also be split for authentic single-coil sounds via the mini-switch between the volume and tone pots. Last but not least, an Ibanez double-locking tremolo completes the Ibanez standard RGA42HPT-LBM Laser Blue matte.
