The Alesis Strike Pro kit combines the best of an acoustic and electronic drum kit. Even drummers who are used to acoustic sets will not feel uncomfortable or strange playing the big dual-hoops pads with their mesh-heads. That’s because underneath the electronic stuff you will find wooden shells <are close to standard acoustic-size. The shells are tunable and the hi-hat is almost “real”. The Kit features a snare-pad, four tom-pads, a kick-pad and cymbal-pads with a three-zone ride and choke-function.
The strike performance module
But the strike kit doesn’t only look good; it also has an awesome sound-module. Apart from 1000 different sounds, 100 kits and space for saving your own, the module has a 4,3 " display in color to look even more fancy. Sampling your own sounds is also not a problem and gives drummers the freedom they deserve.
