Doepfer A-144 Morphing Controller

• The A-144 module is a control voltage module that is primarily used in combination with the voltage-controlled mixer A-135.
• It generates four mutually offset triangular output control voltages from a linearly increasing input control voltage
• If these four outputs are connected to the four control voltage inputs of the A-135, the four audio signals of the A-135 are faded over when the control voltage on the A-144 increases linearly.
• The cross-fade can be set manually with a rotary knob and modulated via an external control voltage with attenuator.

Application:

• voltage controlled morphing of four audio signals

• When using an audio signal as a CV input signal, the module can also be used as a waveshaper. It can be combined with a Polarizing Mixer A-138c to mix the four output signals of the A-144 in any amplitude and polarity.
