The Genelec 8050B Active Studio Monitor In Black is an extremely powerful and wide frequency range monitor speaker that really delivers a massive bass response.
With the ability to produce an SPL of over 120dB per pair, this monitor will appeal to those who want an extremely powerful, but accurate studio monitor. The frequency response of 38Hz to 20kHz will ensure a huge presence in terms of sound and has a 150 Watt amplified 8” bass driver and a 120 Watt amplified 1” tweeter.
Users will also benefit from the ISS feature (Intelligent Signal Sensing) which reduces power consumption when the monitor has not been in use for a certain amount of time. This is an automatic feature, so when an audio signal is fed into the monitor again, full power is restored.
