Among the stick bundles, the 19X Rods represent the perfect border between stick and hot rod. Due to a wide nylon band and two firmly fixed rubber rings, the 19 wooden rods have a relatively rigid tip, which provides a quiet but concise, stick-like sound when playing. Thanks to the nylon strap, the 19X Rod can also leisurely take a rimshot or two, making it the perfect companion for quiet gigs with bite.
