Meinl SnareBox

The Meinl SnareBox in Baltic Birch is a kind of cajon with a snare sound with rich bass, which is played with the foot and a special beater. It is an excellent addition to percussion setups or as a timekeeper for guitarists and singer/songwriters. The sound of the Meinl SnareBox is warm with a lot of bass and thanks to the built-in snare wires with a crisp tone. The forward-facing sound port makes the attack more defined and miking is done in no time. Included in delivery is an L-shaped beater with a wide felt surface that fits into any standard pedal. At the rear end of the SnareBox is a robust aluminium plate to which a conventional bass drum pedal can be attached.
