Pianoteq 6 offers high-quality Steinway models as virtual instruments at an affordable price. The pianos Steinway Model D and Steinway Model B not only sound true to the original, but can also be modified in various ways thanks to the extremely flexible engine. Various practical and intuitive parameters are available with which you can quickly achieve the desired result. The latest update not only brings compatibility with the VST3 format and ARM architecture, but also new tools in the tuning section and a standalone version that provides MIDI playlists, an improved MIDI archive and - in addition to the WAV format - the export function Audio-to-FLAC/MP3 formats. For even more flexibility, various optional instrument packs are available, which greatly expand the sound library (Electric Pianos, Hohner Collection, Harpsichord, Vibes, Xylo and many more).
Pianoteq 6 is available in different versions for different needs and situations:
Pianoteq 6 Stage is the simplest and most affordable version of the Pianoteq 6 series - ideal for the tighter budget or for those who want to get started spontaneously and immediately. The virtual instrument convinces by a particularly pleasant playability, the excellent performance on modern computers, the low memory requirement as well as a fast installation and setup.
2 Instrument Packs (Steinway Model D and B) are included, while each user can download free instruments of the KlViR Collection from the manufacturer's website. Of course, other packs can also be purchased and the stage version can be "upgraded" to Standard or Pro.
The standard version is aimed at users of the semi-professional sector and provides various tools for changing the sound and recording. Physical parameters such as Microtuning, Hammer Hardness, Soundboard and String Lenght can be changed just like the 5 microphone positions and microphone marks.
With just a few clicks, things become possible that are either not possible in reality or can only be achieved with a lot of effort. New and creative ways are created in no time at all!
Pianoteq's Pro Version is the ultimate product for professional composers and recording studios. It offers a huge selection of tools for every situation imaginable and thus enriches every project. With an internal sample rate of 192Khz, a powerful note edit feature, multi-instrument capability and much more, Pianoteq 6 Pro quickly becomes a go-to instrument.
