The Monkey Banana Turbo 6 in black is an active, nearfield monitor with a 6.5 inch woofer and a 1 inch silk domed tweeter.
Featuring analogue and digital inputs, the Turbo 6 can be integrated into any monitoring situation making it a very versatile choice for the home studio. Digital inputs also have the added benefit of bypassing the converters of you soundcard allowing you to utilise the built-in converters that were designed for the speaker.
The Monkey Banana Turbo 6 also includes a hexagonal cabinet which reduces the standing waves within the enclosure, meaning the sound remains un-distorted, making it a very accurate and reliable monitor. The rigid MDF enclosure also stabilises the low frequency driver, which makes the bottom end very clean and defined.
The connections on the rear of the Turbo 6 include a balanced XLR and Jack input as well as an unbalanced RCA INPUT. There are also High and Low controls for tailoring the monitor to the acoustic environment.
