Tama TTL10 Tension Lock

Finally, an end to loose tuning rods, especially for those many rim shots! The TAMA Tension Lock is simply placed on the head of the tuning rod and then holds it in exactly this position. The drum can be tuned without removing the locks. Fits almost all square-head screws and metal hoops.

Perfect Fit Octagonal Hole

Eight bumpers arranged evenly in the opening of the Tension Lock hold the screw, the special outer shape leans against the hoop and locks itself against rotation: job done.

Elastic-Flex O-ring

The O-ring integrated in the Tension Lock keeps the bumpers on tension and also ensures that even different sizes and shapes of screw heads can be held, everything except round. The flexibility of the rings allows the drum to be tuned without removing the tension lock.

Fits Most Drum Hoops

The Tension Lock fits all TAMA Hoops except TAMA Wood Hoops and TAMA Grooved Hoops, as well as most metal hoops from other manufacturers.
