The Fender Roasted Maple Jazz Bass Neck MN is an original Fender replacement bass neck. Crafted from thermally treated maple, it is not only resistant to climatic fluctuations but also features a stylish dark hue and enhanced tonal potential. With its ‘Modern C’ profile and a 9.5” fingerboard radius, the bass neck also feels extremely comfortable in the hand, whilst 20 medium-jumbo frets provide the familiar range. Last but not least, the Fender Roasted Maple Jazz Bass Neck MN features a synthetic bone nut, which, thanks to its slight pre-notching, makes it much easier to locate and file the string slots, and the classic Fender ‘Spaghetti’ logo.
Fender Roasted Maple Jazz Bass Neck MNPurchased this neck to fit to a fender precision body and it’s absolutely fantastic. Plays, feels, sounds and looks great. Solid as a rock and won’t disappoint. Note: The nut supplied was pre-slotted and required filing and there were no pre-drilled holes for the heel/body joint or tuning keys. In my opinion this would be preferred so you can pilot your own hole positions. Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy another.
