The Lightning to USB 3.0 camera adapter from Apple enables fast data exchange between high-resolution digital cameras and iPad Pros. Once connected, iPad Pro automatically opens the photo app where you can choose which photos and videos to import. Supports popular photo formats such as JPEG and RAW as well as SD and HD video formats such as H.264 and MPEG-4. 12.9" iPad Pro transfers data at USB 3 speed, while the 9.7" version works with USB2. A USB power adapter can also be connected so that all possible USB devices can be used (e.g. hubs, Ethernet adapters, audio/MIDI interfaces or card readers for CompactFlash, SD, microSD and more).
