In order for the guitar to produce a warm and powerful sound, the top is made of cedar. Its flat bracing is arranged in a diamond shape, which allows the use of extra thin tonewoods. As a result, each note is unfolded with ease and has a long-lasting decay. Rosewood back and sides add a powerful note to the character in the bass frequencies, creating a pleasantly wide soundstage. The neck made of thermo maple is equipped with a grenadilla fingerboard, while the bridge is made of service tree.
The saddle and the 52 mm wide nut are crafted from the finest bone and guarantee excellent sound development along the entire string length. In addition, the strings can be easily tuned with the help of the gold-plated Rubner R2 tuners. These are set into the artistically openwork headstock, the front of which is made of the finest Madagascar rosewood. The extensive Z3 Madagascar soundhole rosette is also matched to this, giving the instrument a very individual appearance. The individual components of the body are separated by fine rosewood bindings.
