While the classic Precision Bass body made of poplar fits comfortably on the body due to the belly carve, the rounded neck heel allows unobstructed access to the high registers of the bolt-on maple neck. The slim "Speed Neck" profile with just 38 mm nut width and compound fingerboard radius also lets any tricky riff come out of the fingers with ease.
