There are some drawbacks like the cushion to shaft connection which is just a turning key. In all reality big names in drumming hardware have way less features for that amount of money. For that amount of money you cannot beat this. Outstanding value for money...
I have previously had a Gibraltar thone with backrest and although the fame has a cheap material it is as good and way cheaper. Best budget throne by a long way!
