The Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl Trans Black Gloss celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Fame brand as a strictly limited special model with high-quality premium tonewoods, a contemporary full finish and high playing comfort. The slim mahogany body with chic burl poplar top not only presents its visually appealing refinements, but also offers a comfortable playing position, with the generous Cutaways providing unobstructed access across the entire neck. This is made of mahogany and traditionally glued, while the flat "D" profile fits comfortably in the hand, so that on the ebony fingerboard every riff or lick comes out of the hand as if by itself. At the amp, the tried-and-true combination of a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz on the neck and a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB on the bridge delivers versatile sounds between pop, Blues and rock, which are extended thanks to Coil-Split and authentic single-coil tones. The integrated piezo pickup system provides furthermore first-class acoustic guitar sounds, so that there are no limits to the tonal variety and musical expression. A Tune-O-Matic bridge with stopbar tailpiece and precise locking tuners from Gotoh complete the Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl Trans Black Gloss.

High playability and careful wood selection
The Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl is made by experienced guitar builders in Europe and accordingly impresses with its careful wood selection and flawless craftsmanship. Thus, the body is made of Khaya mahogany with a top of burl poplar (Poplar Burl), whose unique grain is skillfully emphasized by the Finish. A noble highlight here is undoubtedly the sharply contoured arching of the top with a recess in the cutaway, which ensures unhindered playability across all registers. The Sapelli mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand thanks to the perfectly proportioned "D" profile, so that every note plays almost by itself on the ebony fingerboard.
With two Seymour Duncan humbuckers and a piezo pickup system in the bridge, the Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl delivers versatile tones.
Seymour Duncan humbucker for sounds between Blues and Rock
Thanks to the versatile pickup equipment, the Fame Forum IV Modern shows itself to be particularly flexible in terms of sound. With a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz at the neck, a proven pair of humbuckers is used, which provides the right sound for every genre between blues, pop, rock and even metal. Here, the bridge pickup convinces with a high Output and the enormous assertiveness of its sharply focused mids, while the neck pickup brings every note to life with endless Sustain and warm vintage voice. Thanks to the coil split circuit, authentic single-coil sounds are also available with the typical bell-like clarity of tone.
The front volume control is a push/pull pot and activates the piezo. Via the mini switch the humbuckers can be split to single coils.
Piezo pickup system
In addition to the magnetic pickups, the Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary is equipped with a GraphTech Ghost piezo pickup system, which is integrated into the bridge and has an active preamp. The system is activated via a pull on the front volume knob and from then on delivers authentic acoustic guitar sounds with brilliant highs and the typical attack behavior at the amplifier. The volume of the piezo system can be adjusted via the rear potentiometer, so that mixed sounds with the magnetic Seymour Duncan pickups are also possible.
The Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary is equipped with Gotoh locking tuners for precise tuning and quick string changes.
Hardware from Gotoh and GraphTech
Last but not least, the Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl impresses with its high-quality hardware equipment, which completes operations on stage and in the Studio with unrestricted reliability. From the traditional Stopbar tailpiece, the strings are fed over the GraphTech Resomax Tune-O-Matic bridge, whose tailpieces made of String-Saver graphite material house the Ghost Piezo elements. Also from GraphTech comes the Black-TUSQ saddle, behind which the strings are held at the headstock by precise Gotohlocking tuners.

Excerpt: Otherwise, perfection down to the details. The unvarnished satin surfaces convey an extremely pleasant feel, the ergonomics a high level of playing comfort.
