Brilliant sounding, well built, mint design, quality boom box at such an affordable price. It’s just a brilliant product.

I have the baby brother of this system, it's about 20 years old, so I was very happy to find a modern version of the "bigger brother" to my old JVC. A quick test (its for Xmas) of the cd player and I wasn't disappointed as the aural experience came across as meaty, deep and balanced, with the option of extra heavy bass boost which sounded like an added sub and had no sign of distortion, great news for my dub reggae collection. The added light up speaker feature is quite nice but it was bought for it's solid build and great sound. My only complaint would be the lack of a 3 pin UK plug, but fortunately I had a spare one from an old system that I kept just in case I needed it one day.

As part of a group of fire jugglers, we need a big sound for small gathering that was total mobile and the J.V.C boom box is perfect for any mobile performers.
