The Music Man StingRay RS Guitar RW Dropped Copper guitar finds its inspiration in a classic 70s design by the company from San Luis Obispo, California, and impresses as a straightforward rock guitar with juicy sounds and agile playing characteristics. In addition to the convenient body made of African mahogany, Music Man relies on a bolt-on roasted maple neck, which has a silky feel due to the oil-wax finish. On the guitar amplifier, two powerful Music Man Custom humbuckers with classic 3-way switching provide powerful overdrive and warm clean sounds, whose metier covers the wide field between blues and rock. A smoothly responding Music Man Modern tremolo and tuning-stable Schaller M6-IND locking tuners complete the Music Man StingRay RS Guitar Dropped Copper.
For the extremely convenient design of the Music Man StingRay RS, the Luthiers of the Californian company rely on a body made of African mahogany, whose subtle offset design promises an optimal balance on the strap and on the thigh. With its silky oil-wax finish, the 5-bolt neck made of roasted figured maple also offers a distinctly pleasant feel, so that together with the sculpted neck joint, it provides a smooth playability. In addition, 22 hard stainless steel frets in "High Profile, Medium Width" format promise smooth bendings on the rosewood fingerboard.
