Inspired by the design of the Fender Stratocaster, there are numerous variations of this electric guitar from different manufacturers. The Strat has been and continues to be played by many famous guitarists who have made the sound of this electric guitar legendary. The original Fender Stratocaster is an icon of guitar craftsmanship, so it's no surprise that many other manufacturers have drawn inspiration from this guitar design. You can get the Fender Stratocaster sound at an affordable price, for example, with the Squier Bullet Stratocaster and Squier Affinity Stratocaster – the Squier Strat offers genuine Fender design at a budget-friendly price. Just like the Telecaster models, there are also more affordable alternatives in the Stratocaster range: a good tip is the Stratocaster-inspired electric guitars from J & D with good craftsmanship, such as the J & D ST Rock SB Sunburst for just around 80 euros. Yamaha's T-Models from the Pacifica Series also offer a lot of Stratocaster features at a low price.
In the mid-price range, you can get an original Fender Standard Strat starting at around 585 euros. The manufacturing in Mexico (MiM) for these Stratocaster models saves costs, but the quality and sound are on par with US-made models. Another interesting option is the Vintage V6MRTBG Blugocaster: a Thomas Blug Signature electric guitar with relic finish and high-quality Wilkinson hardware. The Yamaha Pacifica 600 Series (and higher) is also recommended due to its excellent craftsmanship and versatile sound. The Strat – like the Fender Telecaster – is an icon of electric guitar construction, and the name Stratocaster is, of course, a trademark of Fender.
