Just like bandmate Tim Henson, Scott LePage chooses the popular Ibanez AZ design as the basis for his KRYS10 Signature guitar. The ergonomically designed shape allows the ash body to rest against the body with ideal balance, while the large-scale Super All Access Neck Joint makes it easy to reach even the highest registers of the bolt-on Roasted Maple neck. The pleasantly flat "AZ Oval C" neck profile also creates ideal conditions for executing highly complex playing techniques with ease on the ebony fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets. Here, chic KRYS Special Inlays and fluorescent side dots promise optimal orientation even on dark stages.
With three voicings, the Fishman Fluence Scott LePage Custom pickups deliver multi-faceted guitar tones with that signature Polyphia character.

Two Fishman Fluence Scott LePage Custom pickups are used as pickups on the Ibanez KRYS10, which elicit the unmistakable sounds of the Texas instrumental virtuoso from the guitar amplifier with three distinct voicings. In position 1 of the voicing switch, both Fluence pickups deliver a tradition-conscious vintage humbucker sound with airy warmth and inimitably lively response to playing technique, while position 2 stands for modern timbres with crisp articulation and high assertiveness. In addition, both FishmanCustom pickups in position 3 deliver authentic single-coil tones with harmonic transparency. Besides the pickup selector switch, the electric guitar comes with general volume and tone controls for adjusting the sound.
Gotoh MG-T locking tuners keep the Scott LePage KRYS10 securely in the correct tuning.
Gold-plated Gotoh hardware
A professional equipment with hardware components from Gotoh, whose gold-plated Finish perfectly matches the dignified look of the instrument, completes the Scott LePage KRYS10 Signature guitar from Ibanez. On the body, a Gotoh T1502 2-point tremolo is used here, which not only convinces with a smooth reaction to movements of the tremolo lever, but also guarantees exact intonation and string position with six individual string riders, even when using alternative tunings.
