Rickenbacker 330 Thinline Semi Akustik RB RubyThe Rickenbacker 330 fireglow is one of my guitars I alway get back to.
Got some other high end Gretsch and Gibson guitars but you can't find a better built semihollow body guitar at this price.
It sustains like my Gibson customshop es345 but has more clarity when played acoustic.
Once plugged in its almost like a good 335 meets a telecaster. So you get all the warm tones and the singlecoil snap in one guitar.
Just be sure you like a lacquered fretboard with vintage frets. The bendings can be hard on such a guitar.
For people who like the feel of an all maple vintage strat of tele it's good. I'm more used to medium jumbos on my guitars so I refretted the guitar myself and took of the lacquer. Now it plays smoother on the bendings than any of my other guitars!
