The Ludwig Keystone X Shell Set L76233AX33 in Gold Sparkle is a three piece shell set with Gold Sparkle wrap finish. The three drum shells consist of three layers of North American maple, each surrounded by a layer of American Red Oak on the inside and outside. This results in a dry sound with a high volume and a powerful, dry tone. The 45° bearing edge of the shell offers optimal head support and a constant and clean sound. The Keystone X drums are manufactured entirely in the U.S.A. Equipped with a polished silver badge on each of the three shells, Mini Classic Lugs and Remo Emperor Clear heads, the Keystone X series offers the same quality as the Ludwig Classic Maple drums and the Legacy series.

Keystone X: Classic Maple Shells with EQ

The Keystone X drums by Ludwig are the famous three-layer Classic Maple shells with an inside and outside ply of American Red Oak. This special oak wood gives the shells a kind of equalizer by focusing and articulating the sound. Furthermore, the special construction creates a voluminous, powerful sound with an extra portion of attack. For additional resonance, the 45° bearing edges in the middle provide a perfect fit for the head.
