Precise calibration for multichannel audio

SoundID Reference for Multichannel provides precise and reliable calibration for audio systems from Stereo up to 9.1.6 channel setups and supports the accurate matching of speakers and headphones. The software provides accurate measurements and comprehensive calibrations for complex multichannel configurations, ensuring that every speaker is optimally matched. It supports over 500 headphone models with ready-to-use calibration profiles and offers advanced matching options through three filter modes: Zero Latency, Mixed and Linear Phase. DSP controls such as Mono, Dry/Wet control and Safe Headroom offer maximum flexibility in audio processing. MIDI mapping and the preset function in the SoundID Reference app allow users to quickly switch between pre-configured device and channel combinations.

A flat target curve, which is used by over 200,000 music makers worldwide, and the option to adjust the target curve in real time using Custom Target are available to control the target sound. The translation check function can be used to simulate over 20 different devices and listening environments to ensure that the sound remains consistent across all systems. The software also offers zero-latency plug-in DSP for multi-channel systems and supports native use on Apple Silicon devices. Calibration profiles can be exported directly to DSP-enabled hardware such as audio interfaces and speakers, with support for more than 10 device types. The phase alignment of the channels also ensures precise time delay and optimal sound reproduction.

Nearly latency-free performance for any environment

The Apollo Monitor Correction add-on integrates precise speaker and headphone calibration directly into Universal Audio's Apollo X Gen 1 and Gen 2 audio interfaces. It supports a variety of audio setups, from stereo to extensive 9.1.6 multi-channel configurations, and provides calibration for over 500 headphone models. Multiple outputs can be calibrated simultaneously, including one speaker profile and up to two headphone profiles, depending on the Apollo X model used.

The add-on enables virtually latency-free performance and includes calibrated bass management for stereo speaker systems with subwoofers. It supports various target modes such as Flat, the Dolby Atmos Music curve, user-defined targets and various device simulations via Translation Check. It can be used on up to three devices simultaneously and requires a robust internet connection.

Compatibility exists with macOS and Windows operating systems as well as with the UAD Console v1.2.1 and UAD-2 software v11.5.1 or newer.
