The body of the j.custom RG8570 is made of robust mahogany, while the top is made of AAA curly maple and is completed with a gloss polyester finish. The neck is made of five-piece maple/wenge and carries a 24-fret ebony fingerboard, adorned with a unique"Tree-of-Life" inlay. The J.Custom RG8570 is equipped with three DiMarzio pick ups, which allow for an extremely versatile sound. There is a DP193 Air Norton humbucker in the neck position, a DP 175S True Velvet single coil in the middle position and a DP155 The Tone Zone humbucker in the bridge position. The pickups can be controlled via a 5-way switch and offer an overall deep, warm sound dynamic, allowing dense clean sounds, saturated crunch and aggressive high gain which can be used perfectly for all heavy genres.
