I purchased these after using a friend's set as I was impressed with the sound. The quality is first class the skins and the angle of the bead feel great and give a great ringing tone from the edge. Unfortunately, the price like a lot of Meinl products is over the top you are paying for the name, unfortunately. great product but not a great price.
