The Music Store 30-day money-back guarantee:

In addition to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (in accordance with § 13 BGB), MUSIC STORE offers every consumer a further 16 days' right of return – a total of 30 days.

For online purchases: Returns can be made within 30 days without giving a reason.

For purchases made in store: Returns can be made in store within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price. In addition, we grant a 30-day exchange right or a credit note to your customer account.

Exceptions:

Excluded are goods such as consumables (e.g. tubes, strings, cables), unsealed/opened software, digital content, sheet music/books, Apple products, custom-made products, hygiene items (e.g. in-ear headphones, wind instruments) or registered software.

Also excluded are all financed transactions (financing within the scope of our in-house short-term financing and financing within the scope of bank financing).

How does the return work?

The following applies to returns within Germany: For items with a purchase price of at least EUR 40.01 and a maximum weight of 31.5 kg, we will send you a prepaid return label. For items with a purchase price of less than EUR 40.01, the return shipment is at your expense; in this case, we do not provide a prepaid return label.

If the weight of the return shipment exceeds 31.5 kg, the parcel must be collected by UPS or, if necessary, a freight forwarder/DHL Freight. For items with a purchase price of at least EUR 40.01, we will generally also cover the return transport costs within Germany; however, we reserve the right to charge a proportionate share of the transport costs in special cases.

For returns from abroad, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment. For returns from abroad that can be sent by parcel post, we charge a flat rate of EUR 12.00; this amount will be offset against the refund. For collections/returns from abroad, especially for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post, the customer bears the costs; these depend on the country and carrier and will be communicated in advance and offset against the refund.

Condition of goods: Returns must be made in the original packaging. The goods must be complete, without signs of use and securely packaged. If there are signs of use, a reduction in value may be claimed or the return may be refused.

Bundles: Returning individual bundle components will result in the remaining items being recalculated at the regular price.
