The Basic 4 RW Hardcore AgedCreme with Black Stripes from the instrument forge Sandberg is a classically built E-Bass with four strings, striking HardcoreAged finish, CustomCreme color with black stripes and robust Sandberg equipment. High-quality woodwork gives the Basic 4 pleasant playing characteristics and a deep tone, which is enhanced by the power split coil pickup with passive EQ.
Sandberg Construction in Hardcore Aged Finish
The Sandberg Basic 4 RW Hardcore AgedCreme with Black Stripes is a Custom unique piece and unmistakable by its Aged finish and expressive black stripes. Its body is modeled after the Basic 4 models and crafted on high-quality alder wood. The maple neck in 'C'-shape is screwed sixfold into the body as typical for Sandberg and offers enough space and high wearing comfort due to the rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets and a long scale length.
Hardware and equipment
From the hardtail bridge, to the Power Split coil pickup, to the tuning machines, the Hardware and features of the Sandberg Basic 4 RW Hardcore AgedCreme were manufactured in-house at Sandberg and treated with aging technology, providing impressively authentic use marks and details. With plenty of assertiveness, the power Split coil pickup in the middle position delivers a fat sound with strong low end, ideal for growling rock and metal sounds. The passive circuit with controls for Volume and Tone also allows precise adjustment of the timbre.
