Met de SSLSolid StateLogic SSL2 biedt de Britse fabrikant Solid StateLogic nu voor het eerst een kleine interface voor thuisgebruik aan. De traditionele fabrikant heeft kosten noch moeite gespaard. Beide kanalen beschikken over eersteklasmicrofoonvoorversterkers en hoogwaardigeAKM converters met een sample rate van max. 192kHz/24bit. Bovendien kan het signaal met een druk op de knop worden verfijnd met het geluid van de klassieke SSL-consoles die in grote opnamestudio's worden gebruikt.
Daarnaast zijn er de typische, praktische functies die een professionele interface vormen: Gebalanceerde monitoruitgangen, monitormixregelaars voor de balans tussen het directe signaal en het pc-signaal en latentievrije monitoring, 48V-, line- en Hi-Z-schakelaars per kanaal, handige niveaumeters en natuurlijk een grote, handig geplaatste regelaar voor het monitervolume. Very clear, detailed sound quality during recording and during monitoring. It’s as if you are working with a mixing console and not with a compact interface. Amazingly low noise floor, the clarity and purity of Mic preamps. A very professional product at a reasonable price. High-quality assembly complements the great satisfaction of working with him. Drivers for Windows 10 are easy to install and stable in operation. Highly recommend!
works out of the box. Sounds great. I tried to use it with an iPad Pro and it did from the first attempt without any problems. I love it just the way it is: very simple, no fuss. Ah - and the included native plugins are great too... watch out! You get a 6 months license for the complete plugin set - you won't be able to let them go after the trial period... ;-) The 2 included plugins are great value. Cheers.
Big upgrade from my old steinberg ci2+! Sound is significantly better. The plugins that came with the pack really made a difference to my mixes as well. Was able to cut most of the vocal chain and replace it with the vocal strip 2. Only downside so far is an annoying buzzing sound through the speakers that I haven't got rid of yet. The steinberg ci2 did not do this...
